Five Years Gone, She Returned a Billionaire

Chapter 208: All Eyes Were Locked on the Massive Display Screen

All eyes were locked on the massive display screen. The live feed showed the wedding suite prepared by Grand Meridian Hotel. Two figures were entangled on the crimson satin sheets. Vanessa Bennett and Derek Prescott were engaged in an unspeakable act. A collective gasp swept through the grand hall. Eyes widened in disbelief at the scandalous scene.

“Vanessa is sleeping with Derek!”

“Good heavens! She’s utterly shameless in bed!”

“Did she just say that? She wants Derek to marry Sienna to seize her fortune?”

“This is beyond shocking! Vanessa is betraying her own sister!”

“She publicly blesses the marriage while privately seducing the groom!”

“What a vile woman! She grows more despicable each time!”

“Everyone, take a good look at your ‘Innocent Village Girl’! See her true colors!”

The crowd erupted in furious whispers. The live feed continued unabated. Both remained completely unaware, lost in their passionate throes. Though unsatisfied with his response, Vanessa cooperated fully. A sinister smirk played on her lips. Her lust-filled eyes gleamed with pride and malice.

‘Dear, dear Sienna. So what if he claims to love you? Your husband is in my bed now!’

Her expression was so venomous it chilled the onlookers. Paparazzi feverishly aimed their cameras at the screen, broadcasting everything live. Helena Bennett finally snapped out of her shock.

“Shut it down!” she screamed. “Stop this immediately! Cut the feed!”

Members of the Bennett and Prescott families scrambled into action. Sienna Bennett stood alone in her wedding gown. She watched the screen with cold satisfaction. This was the scene the world should have witnessed five years ago. Their betrayal had cost her everything. Forced to flee to Africa, losing her unborn child. This wedding would be their ultimate downfall. Vanessa and Derek’s reputations were shattered beyond repair. They would never recover from this public humiliation. Though inwardly triumphant, Sienna wore a mask of devastation. She stood frozen, face pale, eyes wide with horror.

The Bennetts and Prescotts were too busy containing the chaos. They tried calming guests and silencing the paparazzi. Helena rushed upstairs, leaving Sienna isolated. Only one pair of eyes watched her from behind a private screen. Lucas Harrington knew this was her performance. Yet seeing her alone, subjected to public scorn, made his chest tighten. A sharp, unexpected pain pierced through him. He hesitated, then rose to approach her. Noah Harrington quickly grabbed his arm. “Daddy, you can’t!”

“Mommy warned me again this morning. You must not interfere today!”

Lucas frowned. Had Sienna anticipated his intervention? Sebastian Harrington chuckled beside him. “I didn’t expect the ‘show’ to be this riveting!”

“This will give the press enough material for a decade! Don’t worry, brother. I suspect there’s more to come.”

His tone was laced with anticipation. Right on cue, Margaret Prescott rushed toward Sienna to offer comfort.
